Domestic Shipping Policy

• Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is confirmed.
• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as DTDC and Indian Post for domestic shipments. The choice of carrier may vary depending on your location and order size.

Damages

All Star Bharat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

International Shipping Policy

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All Star Bharat is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Delays

All Star Bharat is not liable for any delays beyond our control once the order is with the carrier. This includes delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
